Senator Deborah O’Neill statement on Tibet 19 Aug 2024

On Monday 19 August, Senator Deborah O’Neill spoke to the Australian Senate on the on-going Sino-Tibetan conflict. Senator highlighted the unjust system of oppression the Chinese communist party enforces on Tibetans. She also raised the lack of freedom to practice religious faith and the Tibetan language.
