Former Senator and ATC Board member, Janet Rice urging people to sign the petition to stop the mega-development of a hydro-power dam in Eastern Tibet by the Chinese communist Government, that threatens to decimate several villages, livelihoods of thousands of Tibetans and age old monasteries of tremendous religious and cultural significance.
