Dharamshala: A parliamentary delegation of the 17th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, consisting of Parliamentarians Tashi Dhondup and Rigzin Lhundup, on 2nd October 2024 advocated Tibet by meeting European Parliament Members.

Continuing their advocacy efforts in Belgium, the Tibetan MPs reached out to Rasa Jukneviciene, Member of European Parliament from Lithuania; Petras Austrevicius, Member of European Parliament; and senior staffer of MEP from Spain.

During their meeting, the Tibetan MPs apprised the MEPs on the current critical situation in Tibet.

In the evening, they visited the Taipei Representative Office in Belgium to attend Taiwan National Day Celebration and met with Ambassador Roy Lee.
