🇮🇳 MP Shri Tapir Gao from the state of Arunachal Pradesh, who is also the co-convenor of the All Party Indian Parliamentary Forum for Tibet (APIPFT) spoke about India needing to recognise the institution of the Dalai Lama and the importance of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama (whose name is Tenzin Gyatso) and his message of universal peace, love and compassion today at the Indian Parliament. The honourable MP also requested the Government of India to: 1. Award His Holiness the Dalai Lama with the Bharat Ratna. 2. Be ready and prepared for the reincarnation and succession of the Dalai Lama. Because China is already prepared in selecting and placing their own 15th Dalai Lama once the current Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso passes away (attains Parinirvana).
