Saptagiri Sankar Ulaka (born on 1 Jan 1979) is a tribal Indian politician hailing from Rayagada, Koraput in the state of Odisha. He was elected to the 17th Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Parliament of India from Koraput, Odisha in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the Indian National Congress (INC). It is to be noted that he currently is the only member of Odisha Congress in the Lok Sabha. He is a member of the All Party Indian Parliamentary Forum for Tibet.
