Dulal Chandra Goswami (born 08 Oct 1967) is an Indian politician and a member of Parliament of the 17th Lok Sabha. He was elected to Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Indian Parliament from the Katihar constituency in Bihar in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the Janata Dal (United). He was a member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly and a Minister in the Bihar Government. He is a member of the All Party Indian Parliamentary Forum for Tibet.
